š Hey, how is everyone? š
We are on Week 3 of '5 Minutes For Me Friday'
How is it going for you?
Have you consistently started to create the foundations, for us to take it to the next level?

So; the general consensus (I think we would all agree) is that life is BUSY!! ā¦ā¦ and for many itās on a scale never previously experienced ā¦ā¦
𤯠Burn out feels like itās only ever around the corner, as responsibilities pile upā¦ā¦. Home schooling, domestic duties, work, studying ā¦ā¦ā¦ the list goes on ā¦ā¦ š¤Æ
Allowing time to take a breather can be the norm for some, but a foreign concept to others.
Consideration of making our well-being a priority, can become non existent before we know it.
š¤ I can identify with thoughts of it feeling greedy, or not deserved, or un-necessary, or even it generally just being uncomfortable ā¦ā¦. but we arenāt going to get into the nitty gritty of those thoughts at the minute. š¤
So; to accommodate different emotions or individual circumstances around this, letās start small ā¦..
āļø Let us just accept that 5 minutes, either sat with a cuppa, or listening to our favourite song, or even just resting our eyes; is something that we are going to ensure happens, at some point during the 24 hour period of today ā¦ā¦. āļø
Donāt overthink it ā¦ā¦.. for now that is our goal.
Maybe we can build on it, or have variations ā¦ā¦.. but ultimately the quantity of time is irrelevant if the quality of it is poor.
I am going to share different things as the weeks go on that you may find helpful; but this week is quite simply 5 whole minutes of being STILL ā¦ā¦.
